What are the benefits of bringing a delegation?

Delegations boost the attention your group will receive from industry, academic and government decision makers that attend the show. Delegations provide an opportunity to network with other companies and showcase the advantages of doing business in your region, and enhance the profile of all the companies within your delegation.

AUVSI will work closely with U.S. embassies to help facilitate the participation of delegations and attendees from abroad.

Delegate Information

Delegation members will receive access the exhibit hall and the daily general sessions on 7-9 August. If delegates would also like to attend the educational sessions, happening 6-9 August, there is a registration fee starting at $750 per person. Visitors are invited to attend the opening night networking reception, and will have access to a visitors' lounge for private meetings.
