AeroVironment Executive and Distinguished Guest Panel Examine Critical Current Military and Domestic Small UAS Roles; Future-cast Broader Uses on the Horizon

Roy Minson, senior vice president and general manager of AeroVironment’s Unmanned Aircraft Systems (UAS) business segment, will lead a discussion on the critical role the company’s small UAS currently play in military and domestic applications with an eye toward expanded usage and benefits on the horizon.  Minson will describe domestic market opportunities, such as wildlife management, disaster recovery and emergency response.  The distinguished panel of military, law enforcement and government experts will include: Major Jeffrey Poquette updating the uses of small UAS in today’s Army; Alan Frazier, assistant professor, Aviation Department, University of North Dakota, and retired sergeant, Glendale (Calif.) Counterfeit Parts Prevention: Now Too Good To Detect?  Advanced Tactics
