AUVSI has reserved room blocks in Omni Hotel, Atlanta Marriott Marquis, DoubleTree, Embassy Suite, Hilton Atlanta, Hilton Garden Inn, Hyatt Regency, and Westin Peachtree. A complimentary shuttle will be provided for attendees who book accommodation in AUVSI’s reserved block at the Hilton Atlanta, Marriott, and Hyatt Regency. You will need a wristband to board the shuttles which can be obtained at hotel check-in.
The Georgia World Congress Center is located in the vibrant heart of downtown Atlanta, just steps from Centennial Olympic Park, CNN Center, and World of Coca-Cola. The GWCC is serviced by the blue and green lines of the Metro Atlanta Rapid Transit Authority. The convention center is easily accessible via Interstate 20 and the Connector (Interstates 75/85).
A complimentary shuttle will be provided for attendees who book accommodation in AUVSI’s reserved block at the Hilton Atlanta, Marriott, and Hyatt Regency. To ride the shuttle you must obtain a wristband at hotel check-in.
5,600 parking spaces are available at the Georgia World Congress Center for a daily rate. Each parking deck has reserved spaces for use by disabled attendees. Parking fees will be $10 unless there is an Atlanta Hawks playoff game and then the rate will be $15 in the red deck after 5:00 PM.
The GWCC has prepared an interactive parking map to help you plan your visit.
Along with reserved parking for the disabled, GWCC is equipped with ramps at every entrance and accessible restrooms. Manual wheelchairs are also available at the Information Desk located near the building entrance. Mobility scooters can be rented from the FedEx Business Center.
With over 15 permanent restaurants and eateries, the GWCC is a full-service venue. Cafes and food courts are located on the concourses, while concession stands and food carts will offer lunch, drinks and treats on the trade show floor.
Show badges can be picked-up from the Omni Hotel at CNN Center and the Westin Peachtree on Sunday, May 3 2:00pm- 6:00pm and Monday, May 4 2:00pm- 5:00pm.
ATMs can be found throughout the convention center for attendee convenience. Avail, Plus, Honor, Discover, MasterCard, Visa, Cirrus, and Alert cards are also accepted within the GWCC.
FedEx Business Center
A FedEx Business Center can be found in the lobby of each building on the GWCC grounds. These facilities offer services including:
- Digital color and black and white copying and printing
- Computer rentals, laptop docking stations
- Document finishing services - binding, collating, cutting, folding, stapling
- Presentation services - including the production of boards, posters, and banners
- Wheelchair and mobility scooter rentals
- Copier equipment rentals
- FedEx Express U.S. Package Services

- Office Supplies
We are pleased to offer Wireless Internet Zones in the convention center’s common areas, including the restaurants and eateries.

When and where does the show take place?
Unmanned Systems 2015 will be held the first week of May at Atlanta’s Georgia World Congress Center in Building B. The Conference will run from Monday, May 4 to Thursday, May 7. The Trade Show will be open from Tuesday, May 5 to Thursday, May 7.

When will the Exhibit Hall open?
On Tuesday and Wednesday the Exhibit Hall will be open 9:00am- 5:30pm. Thursday the Exhibit Hall will be open 10:45am-4:00pm.

What are the partner conferences?
For the first time AUVSI has joined forces with AETOS, BZ Media and Light Reading to present attendees with even more sessions and opportunities. AETOS's AETOS Workshop will take place May 5, BZ Media’s Drone Techcon will be held Tuesday, May 5 and Wednesday, May 6. DroneComm 2015, by Light Reading, will take place Wednesday, May 6.
What are the future show dates and locations?
We are excited to announce that Unmanned Systems 2016 will be held May 2-5 at New Orleans’ Ernest N. Moral Convention Center. Stay tuned for more details on this event soon!
How many exhibitors will be at Unmanned Systems?
We anticipate approximately 600 exhibitors at the show.
What is the dress code?
The dress code for Unmanned Systems 2015 is business casual. Remember, there will be lots of walking and standing on concrete floors so make sure to wear comfortable footwear that week. Dress for The Mix is casual dressy to match the high energy fun of the event.
Is food allowed on the show floor?
Yes, food is allowed and we provide three food market locations and one café where it will be available for purchase. We also host daily networking receptions with open bars and snacks.
